Persé Pty Ltd will endeavour to always deliver your product in the most secure and economical method. Persé Pty Ltd will usually send orders with Registered Australia Post.  As the need arises, Persé Pty Ltd may arrange other delivery methods.

Product purchases must be paid for in full prior to dispatch of order.

Australian Orders

Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

All orders are sent from Melbourne, Victoria.  Delivery times will vary depending on location - some remote areas may take longer than the stated delivery time.  For special arrangements, please contact us directly by telephone 03 98188700 or email info@perse.com.au.

Persé Pty Ltd cannot be responsible for loss or theft due to incorrect address or incorrectly signed parcels.

International Orders

Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars.  Under Australian Law, goods and services attract 10% tax (GST).  Prices quoted are inclusive of GST.  However, international deliveries are exempt of GST. Therefore, the GST will be automatically deducted from purchases which are to be delivered outside of Australia.

Delivery times will vary depending on location - some countries may take longer than the stated delivery time.

Due to strict customs and security regulations, your parcel may be opened and checked on its way out of Australia or upon entry into your country.  Perse Pty Ltd ensures that customs declarations are completed correctly and all parcels are packed using sufficient packaging.

Security Information

Persé Discovery Member Rewards Program

The more you spend the harder your reward points will work for you so the more you spend the more you earn.

*You must reach the minimum of 200 points to redeem your reward points. Your points are valid for 12 months.

How can you claim your existing reward points while shopping with Persé?

Please create a Persé account the next time you shop online, or you can simply create your account by clicking on ‘Register’ in the top right hand corner of the website. You will be prompted to enter your member ID followed immediately by your first name in lower case e.g. 8588jane and your account will be automatically updated to reflect your up to date reward points with Persé. 

Please ensure that you log in to your account each time you shop with Persé, to claim your new reward points. 

 Returns

Please return your product purchase within 7 days from delivery to Persé Pty Ltd if your product purchase is damaged or if the product is faulty for a replacement.
